    There has been a tremendous amount of work done to develop the content on this site. However, this is only the beginning!

    As you may have seen on the second title page, we said, "Help Us Build The World's Best Family Tree of an Entire, Historical, Mid-Western City."  This, of course, can only be done with the help of people such as yourselves.

We Would Love for You to Contribute to This Project

    Perhaps you are related to someone you found here. Or maybe you have corrections or new information that would help round out the tree. We would appreciate you passing on any and all information you feel would be pertinent. By participating in this way, you can become a "Family Member" of New Buffalo Genes and add your pages to the book of New Buffalo Families.

    The best way to contribute is to attach your file(s) to an email and send it to us. If you are working with a geneaology software program, such as Family Tree Maker, you can simply export your file(s) and attach them. If you are just adding information to a TEXT file, you can do the same thing.

    Some of you can't stand working with geneaology software, and would prefer to handwrite your information. In this case, if you would like to contribute, you can scan your work and send the images as an email attachment. Or you could just make copies and send them to us via regular USPS mail.

    In any case, we will examine your contribution, assess its value to the Family Tree and transcribe it (if necessary) for inclusion in the site.

    And we will gratefully acknowledge your contribution!!!
